"Product" shall&nb©↕sp;mean any item offe✔→λred for sal♣σ∏☆e or licensi®♥ ng on the www.w♠☆ it-color.cn Web α×site or Wi>×t-Color's direct ÷™€←sales materials (ads,&nα÷♣&bsp;catalogs, sp'∏φ☆ecifications sheets etc.)©"ε, including b≠÷ut not limited&nb¶δsp;to hardware&≈±ε×nbsp;devices, software, acces≈$sories, configurations♠♦☆® of hardware ™→and software,&nbs↔£p;CDs and DVDs,&‍♣nbsp;and documentation. 

 

Entire Agreement:

With respect to&§ΩΩσnbsp;Wit-Color brande'€d Products, >α≠✘;Wit-Color makes&n§φ©bsp;no warranties except&n‍γbsp;those stated∏≥ in the Wit-Colorγ✔♦ limited wa‌βrranty cards included ≈"↕;with the Produαλ €cts, or, in&nb¶φ∑sp;the case of optional₽Ω™ extended warranties β÷÷φissued by Wit-Col>→₹∏or, such extended&n↑€>bsp;warranty docum∏>‍✔entation. With  $respect to third party"∏ (i,e,. non-Wit-Color&n∏>φbsp;branded) Products, su ×€ch Products are sold&n→♠↑♣bsp;by Wit-Color AS& ✘nbsp;IS. However ‍©≥the third party manuf§​≤acturer or supplier♦>β of these&nb→π∞×sp;Products may offer i §≥ts own warranti↕ es, and you agree&nbs"•  p;to look sol≤<$ely to such m☆✔₹δanufacturer or suppli≠'er for any warranty&nb↕×₽sp;related claims. WIT-COLOR&♠♦nbsp;EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS&n÷<bsp;ALL OTHER WARRANTIES÷σσ≤, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,&©λ nbsp;INCLUDING ∑₹ελWITHOUT LIMITATION IMPL •IED WARRANTIES OF MECHA₹βNTABILITY AND FITNESS §∑;FOR A PARTICULAR&nb•♥☆sp;PURPOSE AND ☆♠;ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES&n≤↕λ→bsp;OF NON-INFRINGEMENT×₩↑. 

 

Software License Terms:

All software&nbΩεsp;(including pre-loaded©& software contaσ∑$"ined in ha¥‍rdware) is provided su☆₽↕≠bject to suc♠‌£σh software's user&nb€∏¶sp;license agreement. Yo×→u agree that you γ₩↕✔;will be bound₩₩ to such agre¥€ement. 

 

Payment Terms; Price&n₹↑λbsp;Confirmation/Billi↓÷$±ng Errors:

Shipping and Hanσγ♥dling/Risk of Loss:

Critical Components:

The Products →π&↓;are not autλ→↔horized for use as ∏π₹critical compone✔<nts in life&εδ☆nbsp;support systems or& γΩ¶nbsp;situations where fail&•≥ure to perform can&<γnbsp;reasonably ≤Ω∞₽be expected to≥↔ & cause significant₩∏♣Ω injury to users ✔✔or others. 

 

Force Majeure:

Wit-Color shall not b£₩e liable for&nb☆¶§☆sp;any delay o★ r failure in pe♦α'rformance caused by&nbs₽εp;or resulting from&nb∑Ω‍sp;acts of God, fire  ←₩, flood, accident, Ω₹riot, war, gove‍Ω‍♣rnment interventio>↓£n, embargoes, strikes,&n•←​$bsp;labor difficulties,γσα equipment failures, ₩‍αor any other causes ≤÷₩;beyond the control&nbs×'£p;of Wit-Color. σ±;Quantities are ★> subject to availability↑€. In the&nb∏®sp;event of shortage,•↑× Wit-Color  ¶;may allocate sales&♣"nbsp;and deliveries&≥★<​nbsp;in its sole dπ•iscretion. 

 

Waiver/Invalidity:

Failure of Wit-C€©±olor to insi∑>★✘st upon strict perf™∏ Ωormance of any provision♣♦s hereof shall not&®±nbsp;be deemed&n✘πbsp;a waiver of its&∞★®nbsp;right and remedies.✔'® If any&nb≈ sp;provision of this ••™Agreement is ♠ ;deemed by a cour£←€ t to be unenforcea©☆δble, the remain€πγder shall stay&nbs¥λ✔♣p;in effect. 

 

Entire Agreement:

These terms and&nbs ✔☆p;conditions constitute tφ¶♠™he entire and exclu‍↓sive agreement bet♣ γ♣ween you and&nb£×sp;Wit-Color concerning δ§the Products and♥✔®σ your purchase hereu≈¶¶nder and s£₩↕upersedes any and all&nbα↕sp;statements or ♦∏other agreements, whether ¶✔ oral or writ→♣ten, between you a​¶Ω♦nd Wit-Color. 

 

Trademark:

 

The trademark "WIT-COLOR"↕≈ and any other pro↕×₹×duct names, •↔₹™;service names or&nbs∏≥©p;logos of WIT-COLOR us'ε≤ed, quoted a§€ nd/or referenced in ☆ ≥this Web Si‌​te are trademφ•★★arks or registered εγ₩;trademarks of Wit-Color&n÷™bsp;Corporation or any&nbs→γ₩p;of its affiliates. $";Other product&nbs₩ p;names and/or comp'∑$€any names used&n®£bsp;in the Weφ≥δ₽b Site may be prot×✘λected as their&n×‍bsp;trademarks and/or trade>↓λ names.

Wit-Color has&nb☆£sp;professional e♥≥ngineers to makεδδ¥e testing and "δ≤inspection for&¶•nbsp;Returned Defe±σ§ctive Spare Parts↕¶¥∑ to define the →β&∑possible reasons f§∏or damage, and&n"™bsp;the third party t₽ hat accepted by&₩♠nbsp;Wit-Color and customer<α$σ could be&nb →₩sp;introduced to&nλ♣€bsp;make identification ∑✔&∏for damage reason.

 

Warranty Rule:

1. Time Limitation:  ≥;

A. Printer

Wit-Color providesσφ all Wit-Color brande‌​← d printers (Except spβ★✔ecific orders) with& 'nbsp;one year (Exce→≥♠pt special stat♥¥←≥ed warranty period) warδπ​>ranty service.

B. Valid Installation C↑±ertificate

The valid Installation C  '§ertificate will be& ♣nbsp;the witness f₽≥→✘or calculating the&nbβ♣↓'sp;One Year War→☆↓σranty Starting Date ®×ONLY.

The warranty period&nbsΩγ"p;will start from the&Ω±‍♥nbsp;real installation₩β₽✔ date that s☆≠tated on I₩ ∏¶nstallation Certificate&₹™φ&nbsp;(All users should ✘ε¶≤provide the Installation ® λ‌;Certificate to Wit-Co≤☆₽★lor Service Department&n≤∑↓γbsp;by fax to ÷γ¥0086-21-54889946 o¶§r email to s↕φ↓βupport@wit-color.cn)

In case of £σ;non-submitting t→εhe Installation Certif​÷₹icate, Wit-Color will ca€"§lculate the star" ≥ting date from the ↑§;30 days laterφ'δ  after shipment.

C. Spare Part

Wit-Color provides φ→all spare parts&α©λ☆nbsp;(Except for print¶✘∞→ head and consumabl'π>es) sold from W↔≠♣it-Color only witπ≠≈​h 90 days warr♦™ anty.

D. Valid Express Bill

The valid courier b§γ&ill will be the&♦¥₹ nbsp;witness for ™©≥calculating the 90 Days&•™₹≤nbsp;Warranty Starting Date‌₽ ONLY.

The warranty per✘±₩•iod will start&nb×★sp;from 3 days later®↑♥ after del∏®©ivery from f✔<£actory.

E. Error Delivery ≠φ for Spare Pa ∞ rt

In case of any wron >π↓g delivery for sp$"are parts or d≠±βefectiveness, Wit- ☆Color required the rec"¥λεeiver should '$Ω★;inform Wit-Colo∏≈δ★r Service dβ​σepartment in&nb★ γ"sp;the first ​&;time to get RMA&∏✘≠nbsp;(Return Material&n↕αbsp;Authorization) number÷§₩↔ to return the def♥‍​✔ective or wron>&¥g spare part to W₹★♣it-Color.

F. Cost, Freight ÷£♦←;and Custom Taxπ↓<

All warranted spare ∏φ≤≤;part is free of §♥;charge.

All freight δ∞✘and custom t↕$λax for warranted ✔ ☆$;or non-warranted spare αλ;part should be&nbs•✘p;at the sen≤£"der’s responsibilityπ'∏ε.

Wit-Color's warranty spa ✘×re part retur→∑✘n policy allows for&n‌¥↕→bsp;Products purchased ±✔‌÷directly from Wit-Color&nb♦¥sp;and shipped to&←$☆Ωnbsp;locations in§Ω÷ the world to&n§€bsp;be returned by&₹<∞ nbsp;you after obtaΩ♠ining a Wit-Color retu♦™rn authorization&nb"✘©sp;number (RMA) during&nb& ♣♠sp;the 30 day period σ§ following da‌∞σte of shipment by&n¶×™bsp;Wit-Color. 

The custom declaration£'λ¶ value for retu ₽↑¶rned parts should×≈₽ be approve∑‌€βd by Wit-Color Serviε±‌ce Department, other✘±wise Wit-Color keeps the'‍✘✘ rights to&n§‌←bsp;reject, or dismantle‌☆♠ the returned&nbs<'p;packages or charge&nb→$<sp;all cost to t<β ₩he Sender.

C. Defectiveness&¥φ nbsp;or malfunction&σ≤✔¥nbsp;or damage caused&¥¶§nbsp;by running the  $≠σprinter in unqualified&nbs​>p;environment or&nbs'★λp;conditions.

D. Defectiveness orφ δε malfunction o¶↕'↔r damage caused by&n★ ≈&bsp;un-authorized r↕☆epairing or δ$;disassembling or ins<¥tallation.

E. Defectiveness or&nb•¶sp;malfunction or damag♥₹&e caused by force§λγ majeure suc£™h as natur"↔÷÷al disasters, theft,&∞±× nbsp;fire, powerσ♠÷∑ failure and etc β≥↑.

F. Consumable spare&nbsε‍p;parts are not < <;covered by&nbs↕♠→p;Warranty Rule.(Print h♠♣≥eads, filters, solenoid ∞↕€φ;valves, pumps, α←★;tubes, gears, ₽±slide, belts, print λ÷head's adapters±♦"δ and etc.)

G. The returned♣✔§ spare parts&nb♦βקsp;without RMA number±‍<.

H. Returned spare β ;parts without φ÷σoriginal package orα≠π≠ partial damage.

I. Products&nbsγ→φp;purchased outside ≥$α;from Wit-Color. 

 

6. Limit Warranty

A. For software&βπnbsp;product, Wit♠>®-color limit&nb®₩sp;warranty fits π‌ ↑;for the problems ±Ω∞of failing program§≠• execution only, Wit-c≤ λolor cannot guarant ✘£ee there is n✔★∑o any interruptions ±™π;or faults in softw÷¥are running.
B. Limit w •₩↓arranty is limΩ ×ited to the fau←φ₩∑lts that occurred& ®ε≤nbsp;in normal ✘>&↔operations only, bu©¶​εt except for any"≠ following problems '&;caused by:

a．Improper maintenance o‌₽¶→r calibration or Ω​;adjustment;
    b．Using unauthorized s λ₩oftware, medias, ¥↑φspare parts or&≈☆nbsp;consumable ma>εterials or supplied b↑‍y other suppli​‌ ≈ers; 
    c．Any operations&nbsγ♥p;that disobeyed Wit-color technical←€ requirements and co♦♥> nditions;
    d．Any unauthorized≈∑δ↕ calibration or mi≥®®susing; 
C. For Wit-color€' printer product, if&n♣'©δbsp;end-users use&₹λ‍nbsp;non-original Wi<↑∑'t-color inks, it will&nb&→∞sp;not affect&nβ×γ≈bsp;any other ∞δ↑♣Wit-color technical&nbγ¥♥"sp;support agreement.₹★ But any problems oπ≤r damages caused&nbλ¥↑sp;by using non-‌γ original Wit-color&nbs&↔​p;inks or in t≤→he case of using&nbγσγsp;non-original Wit-color ink↕≥•s, Wit-color ←↓ <;will charge the s ™ervice fee and&n©¶≤bsp;material cost all th>↔σe time.    
D. If customer rec≈©✘eived any Defective "£©↑;Product Notice in warr∏×anty period, Wit-color&nbλ↓∏₹sp;will self-ex‌ ≥ecute the repairing&nδ↓bsp;or exchanging thβ‌e defective product©∑€s. 

E. Before returning theΩ< defective products&nbs♥∑'p;back to Wit- < color, Wit-color wi> ✔ll not bear ₽‌any responsibilities for→ σ repairing o↓±r exchanging.

F.  The exch¥•£anged product could&nb∞& sp;be new or to​♦ be equivalent φ‌★↕;to new product on ≥γcondition that&nb'₩¶sp;the exchanged pr∑★λ↔oduct’s performance&÷↔nbsp;and function areπ§ equivalent t₽€→βo the formπδer one.

G. Wit-color produc®←t may be&n≥ ₩∞bsp;reprocessed prod₩÷€✘uct or spare parts↑$₽ or materials¥♣γ® which performance&§ ¶σnbsp;and function&±≠nbsp;are equivalent tδ>"o the new one★φ&. 

H. Wit-color Li¥✔¶±mit Warranty is& δnbsp;valid in all π';countries or territ¥®ories for al¶✘l products under&n♣✘bsp;warranty. And&nbε₽×sp;the end-user&n​ ✔πbsp;may sign oth₹σ& er service agreement&nbs§♠♥∞p;with local πβauthorized distributors o₹₩ ☆r agents.
